About these terms

These terms apply to services from Webforge (webforge.in). By paying an advance you agree to them. If we agree something different in writing (for example on WhatsApp), that written agreement applies to your project.

Free demo

A demo is free and you pay nothing to see it. A demo is a preview. It does not oblige you to buy, and it does not oblige us to build the full website.

Prices and payment

Prices are listed on our Services page and are in Indian rupees. Launch prices apply only while an offer is shown as running, and only to those who pay the advance within the offer period.

Starter is paid in full in advance. Growth is paid in two parts: 50% advance, and the balance when your site goes live. Monthly care is billed monthly. Payments are made by UPI or cash, and we give you a receipt for each payment.

Domain and hosting: the first year is included where the package says so. After that, renewal costs are paid by you, and we tell you the cost before renewal.

Timeline

We aim to take your site live within 7 days after your advance and your photos and details are received, usually in 2 to 3 days. Delays caused by late photos, late details or late replies move the date.

What we need from you

Correct business details, clear photos and text that you have the right to use. You are responsible for the accuracy of your prices, offers and claims on your website.

Changes

Small changes are included as your package describes. Growth monthly care includes up to 4 edit requests a month. Larger changes or new pages are quoted before we start.

Ownership

Your business name, photos, text and logo remain yours. The website design and code we build for you may be used by you for your business. We may reuse our own general templates and tools for other clients.

Cancellation and refunds

If you cancel before we start building, your advance is returned in full.

If you cancel after we start building, we keep the part of the advance that covers work already done and return the rest.

Monthly care can be stopped at any time with notice before the next billing month.

Our responsibility

We take care with our work and fix mistakes we made. We cannot promise sales, customers or search ranking, because these depend on many things outside our control. Our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.
