When you message us on WhatsApp, call or email, we receive the details you send: your name, phone number, business name, photos and messages.

If we build a demo or a website for you, we use the photos, text, prices and contact details you give us.

Our website may record basic visit information (pages viewed, device type) through our hosting provider so the site works and stays secure. We do not sell your information.

How we use it

To reply to you, to make your demo and website, to arrange payment and to give support.

To improve our own service. We do not send you advertising you did not ask for.

Who else can see it

We use trusted services to run the website and store data (for example our website host and database provider) and WhatsApp to talk to you. They handle data only to provide their service. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

We share your details only if the law requires it.

Your demo and your content

The photos and text you send are used only for your demo and website. We will not show your business as an example or case study without your permission.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while we work together and for as long as needed for support, payment records and legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your information by writing to hello@webforge.in, and we will do so unless the law requires us to keep it.

Our website does not use advertising cookies.
